لقد انتهت اليوم في مقر قيادة القطاع الغربي في اليونيفيل بقيادة إيطالية دورة أساسية لمراقبة النيران بنسختها الثالثة بهدف إطلاع المشاركين في الدورة من قبل الجيش اللبناني على تقنيات مراقبة النيران و تصحيح المسار
المشاركين في الدورة تابعوا دروس نظرية و تطبيقية و كيفية تحديد المسافات المراقبة و تحديد الأهداف بالإضافة إلى تقنيات مراقبة النيران و تصحيح المسار و إستعمال تقنية

في نهاية الدورة تم تطبيق مناورة بدون إستعمال ذخيرة بحيث نفذ المشاركين في الدورةالتقنيات التي اكتسبوها
زيادة في عدد المشاركين في تلك الدورة بحيث شارك ضابطين و ثمانية عناصر من اللواء الخامس في الجيش اللبناني هي تعبير عن إهتمام من قبل الجيش بهذا النشاط التقني بهدف إكتساب زيادة في القدرات القتالية
COURSE BASIC FIRE OBSERVATION
Shama (Lebanon) November 24, 2017 - The third edition of the BASIC FIRE OBSERVATION course, aimed at providing the Armed Forces, was concluded at the Shama Base, headquarters of the West Side Command of UNIFIL, Lebanese (LAF) basic knowledge for observing and adjusting the curved shot fire.
The attendants participated in theoretical-practical lessons relating to topography and distance estimation, observation, identification and designation of targets, shooting adjustment techniques and communications between the observer and the deployment, and also performing simulations in the classroom through a CAX - Computer-assisted Exercise.
The activity ended with a blank exercise, during which the acquired knowledge was put into practice.
The significant increase in the number of participants, this edition was attended by 2 Officers and 8 Officers of the 5th Brigade, is a demonstration of the great interest and importance that the Lebanese Armed Forces have turned to this highly technical and qualifying activity to gain ever greater and concrete operational capabilities.
