شمع –لبنان في 19شباط 2018 أختتمت في مقر قيادة القطاع الغربي لليونيفيل الذي يتولى قيادته لواء فولغوري الإيطالي دورة على الدفاع من الهجمات المنفذة بعناصر كيميائية ، بيولوجية ،إشعاعية ونووية لصالح الجيش اللبناني.
قام بإجراء الدورة عناصر من الفوج السابع "كريمونا " للدفاع ضد الحرب النووية، البيولوجية والكيميائية ومقره في مدينة شيفيتا فيكيا ينتمون الى كتيبة الدعم القتالي في قيادة القطاع الغربي لليونيفيل حيث تابع المشاركون دروس نظرية وعملية هدفت لتوضيح تقنيات إكتشاف العناصر الكيميائية ،البيولوجية ،وإلإشعاعية وكيفية الدفاع ضد الهجمات المنفذة بها.
هذا الفوج الفريد من نوعه في إيطاليا والذي من مهماته تولي الدفاع من مخاطر العناصر الكيميائية، البيولوجية ،الإشعاعية و النووية يحافظ على أمن وسلامة عناصر الوحدة الإيطالية العاملة ضمن اليونيفيل من خلال أعمال المراقبة البيولوجية والكيميائية في منطقة العمليات ومن خلال التحليل الكيميائي للمواد الغذائية ومراقبة النشاط الإشعاعي على المسارات التي تسلكها الدوريات الإيطالية وعلى المواد المتنقلة من والى الوطن الأم.
التدريب المشترك بين جنود حفظ السلام الإيطاليين والجييش اللبناني وبالإضافة الى ما يمثله على صعيد العمل بأمان وبكامل القدرات يبقى من أهم العوامل المساعدة في مهمة اليونيفيل كي تتابع عملها للحفاظ على الإستقرار في المنطقة.
CONCLUDED COURSE IN FAVOR OF THE LIBANESE ARAMED FORCES FOR CHEMICAL, BIOLOGICAL, RADIOTTAIVE AND NUCLEAR DEFENSE (CBRN)
Shama (Lebanon), February 19, 2018. The course for the defense against attacks carried out with Chemical, Biological, Radioactive and Nuclear (CBRN) agents in favor of the Forces at the UNIFIL Western Sector Command led by the Italian Brigade Parachutists Folgore Lebanese armies.
The course, developed by the personnel of the 7th NBC "Cremona" Defense Regiment, based in Civitavecchia, and framed within the Combat Support Battalion of the West Sector Command of UNIFIL, was divided into theoretical practical lessons aimed at illustrating the techniques for detection and defense against attacks conducted with chemical, biological or radioactive agents.
The NBC department, unique in Italy with the task of providing protection against CBRN hazards, guarantees the safety of Italian Contingent personnel through chemical and radiological checks throughout the Area of responsibility, chemical analyzes on foodstuffs, radiological monitoring on itineraries beaten by Italian patrols and materials in transit to and from the Motherland.
The joint training between the Italian peacekeepers and the Lebanese Armed Forces, in addition to representing a fundamental aspect in order to operate at the maximum capacity and in safety, remains one of the most important elements of the UNIFIL Mission to continue guaranteeing the stability of the area.
